🎯 هدف السياسات | Purpose of the Policies
تهدف هذه السياسات إلى تنظيم العملية التعليمية داخل الأكاديمية بما يضمن حفظ حقوق الطالب والمعلم، وتقديم تجربة دراسية منضبطة تسودها الثقة، والالتزام، والاحترام المتبادل.
وُضعت هذه البنود لتوضيح آلية العمل داخل الأكاديمية حتى يكون كل طرف على علمٍ بحقوقه وواجباته، وبما يساعد على تحقيق بيئة تعليمية مستقرة ومثمرة للجميع.
The purpose of these policies is to ensure that the educational process within the academy is well-organized, safeguarding the rights of both students and teachers, and promoting a disciplined learning experience built on trust, commitment, and mutual respect.
These guidelines are designed to clarify how the academy operates so that both parties understand their rights and responsibilities, creating a productive and stable learning environment for all.
1. الأخلاقيات العامة | General Ethics
يجب أن يسود الاحترام المتبادل بين الطالب والمعلم في جميع الأوقات، مع الالتزام بالأخلاق الإسلامية وآداب طلب العلم.
Mutual respect between teachers and students must always be maintained, following Islamic manners and the proper etiquette of seeking knowledge.
2. سياسة الخصوصية | Privacy Policy
تحافظ الأكاديمية على سرّية جميع المعلومات الخاصة بالطلاب مثل وسائل التواصل، بيانات التسجيل، وأي معلومات شخصية أخرى.
يُسمح للمعلم بمعرفة اسم الطالب والمعلومات التعليمية الأساسية فقط بما يخدم العملية التعليمية.
لا يُسمح بتبادل أرقام الهواتف أو وسائل التواصل الشخصية بين الطالب والمعلم.
التواصل بين المعلم والطالب يكون حصريًا عبر منصة الأكاديمية (مثل Zoom).
الأكاديمية غير مسؤولة عن أي استخدام غير مناسب للمعلومات الشخصية من قِبل المعلم، وهذا الإجراء يُتخذ حفاظًا على خصوصية الطالب وسلامته.
The academy protects the confidentiality of all student information, including contact details, registration data, and any other personal information.
Teachers are allowed to know the student’s name and essential educational details only, as needed for teaching purposes.
Sharing personal contact information (such as phone numbers or social media accounts) between teachers and students is strictly prohibited.
All communication between teachers and students must take place exclusively through the academy’s official platform (e.g., Zoom).
The academy is not responsible for any misuse of personal data by a teacher; this policy is implemented to ensure the student’s privacy and safety.
3. الالتزام بالمواعيد | Punctuality
يُرجى الالتزام بالوقت المحدد للحصة تمامًا.
لا يتم تمديد الحصة بعد انتهائها، إلا إذا تكرم المعلم بذلك من باب التفضل وليس كحق للطالب.
في حال تأخر الطالب، يظل المعلم منتظرًا مدة الحصة كاملة ما لم يتم إشعار مسبق.
Students must attend lessons on time.
Lessons will not be extended after their scheduled end time, unless the teacher chooses to do so voluntarily — it is not a student’s right.
If the student is late or absent, the teacher will remain available for the full duration of the lesson unless informed otherwise.
4. نظام الحصص التجريبية والدفع | Trial Lessons and Payment
يحصل الطالب على حصة تجريبية واحدة فقط.
يمكن للطالب الحصول على حصة تجريبية ثانية مع معلم مختلف فقط إذا لم تعجبه الحصة الأولى.
بعد الحصة التجريبية، يتم دفع الرسوم مقدمًا قبل بدء الكورس لتأكيد الحجز.
المبالغ المدفوعة لا تُسترد بعد بدء الكورس، لأن الأكاديمية تكون قد خصصت المعلم وجدولت الوقت للطالب.
Each student is entitled to one trial lesson only.
A second trial may be scheduled only with a different teacher, if the student was not satisfied with the first.
After the trial, payment must be made in advance before the course begins to confirm enrollment.
Fees are non-refundable once the course starts, as the teacher’s time and schedule have already been reserved for the student.
5. الإلغاء والتأجيل | Cancellation and Rescheduling
يمكن تأجيل أو إلغاء الحصة بشرط الإبلاغ قبل موعد الحصة بوقت كافٍ (على الأقل ساعة) عبر مجموعة الدعم الخاصة بالطالب.
إذا ألغى الطالب الحصة بعد الموعد المحدد أو لم يحضر بدون إشعار، تُعتبر الحصة محتسبة تقديرًا لوقت المعلم.
هذا النظام معمول به لأن الوقت المحجوز للطالب لا يمكن تخصيصه لطالب آخر في حال الإلغاء المتأخر.
يتم تعويض الحصص إذا كانت نسبة الإلغاء أو التأجيل لا تتجاوز 25% من إجمالي عدد الحصص في الشهر.
حصص التعويض لا تُعوض مرة أخرى في حالة الإلغاء، إلا إذا كان الإلغاء من جهة الأكاديمية، ففي هذه الحالة يتم التعويض أو الإضافة إلى نهاية الكورس.
A lesson may be canceled or rescheduled only if the student notifies the academy in advance (at least one hour before the lesson) via the student’s support group.
If the student cancels after the scheduled time or is absent without notice, the lesson will be counted out of respect for the teacher’s time.
This rule applies because late cancellations make it impossible to reassign that slot to another student.
Make-up lessons are allowed only if the total number of canceled or rescheduled lessons does not exceed 25% of the monthly sessions.
Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled again unless the cancellation is from the academy’s side, in which case the session will be compensated or added to the end of the course.
6. التوقف المؤقت أو إنهاء الدراسة | Course Pause or Termination
إذا رغب الطالب في التوقف عن الدراسة لفترة أو إنهاء الكورس، يجب إبلاغ الإدارة قبلها بأسبوع على الأقل لتنظيم الجدول وإدارة الوقت.
If the student wishes to pause or end the course, a notice of at least one week must be given in advance to manage scheduling properly.
